Dumpster Rental Terms – All In Services
Welcome to All In Services! These rental terms explain how our dumpster rental services work. By scheduling a dumpster rental with us, you agree to the following:
Booking and Scheduling
- All rentals are scheduled by phone. Call us at (512) 988-0116 to reserve your dumpster.
- Dumpsters are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rental Period
- Standard rental period is for up to 7 days.
- Need it longer? Additional days are available for an extra fee.
Dumpster Use and Load Limits
- Each dumpster includes a weight limit as stated on our website.
- Overloaded or overweight dumpsters will incur additional fees.
- No hazardous or prohibited materials may be placed in the dumpster.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash, credit card, or approved invoicing for businesses.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a rental.
- Cancellations without notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Delivery and Pickup
- Dumpsters must be placed on a flat, accessible surface.
- Please ensure the delivery area is clear of vehicles or obstacles.
- We reserve the right to reschedule delivery or pickup if the location is inaccessible.
Liability
- Customers are responsible for any damage to property resulting from placement or use of the dumpster.
- All In Services is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities.
